Meet our Team
Brock and Franse Mathews- Owners
On October 22, 2004, having prior experience in the restoration business, Franse Mathews purchased ServiceMaster Advantage. About a year later, Brock Mathews joined Franse in marriage and business. With Brock’s background in concrete and construction, disaster restoration seemed like second nature and he joined the company with great visions for the future. Shortly thereafter, ServiceMaster Advantage incorporated as Franock Enterprises Inc. doing business as ServiceMaster Advantage now referred to as SMA. In 2007 Brock and Franse purchased ServiceMaster Capitol Cleaning in Rancho Cordova, expanding ServiceMaster Advantages territory.
Brock and Franse Mathews have three beautiful children, Anneke, Ellie, and the newest addition Brock Parker. God has blessed them with children that both enrich their lives, and bring new meaning to sleepless nights. Franse is now a stay at home mom with the little ones, while Brock is running the day to day operations of the business.
Donny Cook - Lead Technician
Donny Joined our organization in 2014. Although he is new, he is an outstanding individual, with very strong work ethic, and strong ability in communication. He is trained in IICRC WRT certifications, and will restore your home to its pre-loss condition with excellent communication and compassion
Eric Ramirez- Estimator
Eric came to ServiceMaster Advantage with knowledgeable skills and experience in home restoration. He has been with our company for over 8 years, and he is a big help to our company and he can be of help to you by answering any questions you may have, and by performing the procedures needed to restore your home. As our top estimator, he provides scheduling, estimating and overall customer satisfaction with his huge heart and compassion.
Jim Krueger - Business Development Manager
Jim joined the ServiceMaster Advantage team in 2013, and is an integral part of our companies growth. He previously worked for Farmers, State Farm, and Sam's and Associates as a large loss adjuster. He has well over 20 years experience in the industry, and with the skills he has learned, he knows how the business works on both sides of the isle, from claim handler to restoration vendor. He is a very motivated, talented, and goal oriented individual who is a big part of our companies success.
Melissa Awad- Estimator
Melissa Awad has been a part of the ServiceMaster Advantage family since 2010. Melissa has been in the restoration industry since 2008. As the Estimator, she oversees the day to day operations of the company; Estimating, project management, and billing. This is just a few of the areas that she specializes in.
Melissa is a proud mother of an adorable energetic four year old named Jemma. When she’s not busy chasing Jemma around the house, she enjoys being with family, singing in the church choir & enjoying life.
Rachel Zamarripa - Administrative Assistant
Rachel Zamarripa is new to ServiceMaster Advantage and is already an integral part of our organization. As our administrative assistant, Rachel speaks to customers who are in distress after suffering a devastating loss and she handles them with compassion and professionalism. Rachel also handles a lot of day to day operations regarding scheduling, H/R, and Invoicing. We at ServiceMaster Advantage at proud to have her on the team.
The Cleaning Crew
Our cleaning crew is # 1 in the industry. They specialize in fire cleaning. When a customer has a fire in their home, our crew performs pack outs, structure cleaning, contents cleaning and move backs. They do what it takes to get the residence in pre-loss condition.
Their performance is outstanding.
